  1. APOLOGIES – Council to receive any apologies for absence & resolve acceptance.

 

  1. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST & REQUESTS FOR DISPENSATION – Council to consider any declarations of interest & requests for dispensation and resolve action to be taken.

 

  1. NOTES of the Parish Council Meeting held on Wednesday 9th October 2024 to be approved as minutes & any points to be noted.

 

  1.            FINANCIAL MATTERS

 

  1. Accounts to be paid/authorised – Accounts payment sheet circulated - Council to approve payments.
  2. Bank Reconciliation – Council to note bank reconciliation at end of October 2024 comment and approve.
  3. Councillors Budget Statement – Council to note as at end of October 2024, comment and approve.
  4. 2025/26 Draft Budget – Council to review / comment on draft budget.

 

  1. PLANNING MATTERS

 

Council to consider any planning applications which have been received following the publication of this agenda and notification of any planning decisions.

 

  1. GRASS CUTTING/WINTER SALT – Council to receive any update.

 

  1. Grass Cutting contract for 2025 – Council to discuss possible tender process.

 

  1. ELECTION OF PERSONNEL COMMITTEE – Council to elect members for the Personnel Committee.

 

  1. NEIGHBOURHOOD PROJECTS – Council to receive any updates and consider any further action required.

 

  1. Tetford War Memorial Steps

  3. Removal of overgrown ivy on village trees.
